Our PEI, or Prince Edward Island, mussels are plump and tender with the sweet, briny flavor of the ocean. Easily the most popular mussel in North America, it has an ink black shell, and the flesh ranges from ivory (males) to pale coral (females). These deliciously sweet mussels are great for a cookout or dinner party.

Our PEI mussels are cultivated in the cold clean waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island in Canada.
Our delicious PEI mussels are delivered live, you can’t get any fresher than that.
Before cooking, check that all the mussels are closed, scrub well with a stiff brush under cold running water to remove any barnacles. After cooking, discard any shells that have not opened up.
