The Shrimp Boxx's Royal Red Shrimp is fresh, never frozen, and shipped overnight. Our Beef and Poultry ship the same. This is part of our passion and commitment to sourcing the world’s finest & freshest seafood and delivering it right to your door, the next morning. All orders ship Over Night FedEx after processing your order for 2-4 days.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders require signature upon delivery. Items should be unpacked and refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

Royal Reds are caught in the Gulf waters ranging in depth from 1,200 feet to 1,800 feet. Shrimping at such extreme depths requires the use of larger boats and heavier gear than traditional shrimp trawling. Shipboard handling requirements also differ. Royal Red Shrimp do not tolerate iced storage very well. To maintain optimum quality, they are individually quick frozen (IQF) with heads-on in refrigerated brine immediately after they are landed aboard the boat. The IQF heads-on Royal Reds are then packed in 40lb to 60lb poly-lined cardboard cartons, and stored in shipboard freezers. They are maintained frozen throughout subsequent land-based storage and distribution. 

Flat rate overnight seafood shipping charges are determined by destination zone, regardless of weight. For all other items including our Gifts, the shipping charges are determined by the weight of the order (including all packaging needed to maintain freshness) and the size of the box. This charge is determined by the shipping company. Click here for information about local delivery. Upon submission of your order, we will immediately process payment from your credit card company. If we are not able to fulfill a portion of your entire order, we will refund that amount to your original form of payment. All orders will require 24 hours from receipt date to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the following business day. Items ordered after Thursday, and Overnight orders received on Thursday are shipped the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday. Overnight seafood shipping costs are based on the delivery zone. For all other orders, shipping costs are based on the actual weight and dimension of box. There is an additional $25.00 fee for Overnight Saturday Delivery. All prices are exclusive of sales tax. There will be a sales tax charge of 8.875% on all taxable items. All prices set forth herein or on the Websites are subject to change without notice. Items ordered together may arrive in separate boxes.

 Where do you ship?

www.shrimpboxx.com ships everywhere in North America. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 3-5 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders. There may be times when stock is low because all items are fresh which may delay shipping slightly.. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave The Shrimp Boxx's facility. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
