Monkfish comes from our dayboat fishing fleet from the North Atlantic. We bring it down from Boston almost every day. It is a fantastic substitute for dishes if you don't feel like using Lobster all the time. It has the same texture and adapts to sauces extremely well.

With its unique appearance and delicate flavor, monkfish fillet has become a sought-after ingredient in home kitchens and upscale restaurants.

1 ea = 6 oz Portion

1 lb = 2 x 8 oz portions

3 lbs = 6 x 8 oz portions

5 lbs = 10 x 8 oz portions
