By popular demand, we are adding more domestic USA Shrimp to our lineup with shrimp from our friends at Wood's Fisheries. Wood's hails from Port St. Joe, Florida where some of the best fishing and shrimping can be found in the world.

The "LARGE BROKEN" shrimp is a great size to use for everyday cooking b/c it is so versatile. They are produced when they peel U-15's and 16/20's. It is great for a fast stir-fry, pan sauteing, frying, Shrimp Cocktail, or Shrimp Cakes! This is an amazing value buy for an awesome product. Most Chefs keep products like this as a secret weapon to help with their food costs!
